From small beginnings, S2 has grown organically and we have a strong ethos of integrity in business and sustaining the environment around us. This is reflected in our commitment to supporting charities and “giving back” to the local community. S2 recognise that we can drive positive change for the employees, customers and communities with which we are connected. We have always played a proactive role in supporting the community, with staff nominating a “Charity of the Year” to support through participation in national fundraising events and local community activities. Our people have always been our most valued asset, and so employee wellbeing is extremely important to us. As such, we’re committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse working environment, and support various social events throughout the year, such as Summer and Winter parties, bake sales, team dinners, and dress-down Fridays. We also encourage an active lifestyle, with a running club, weekly 5-a-side football, tennis, badminton, and cricket sessions to choose from.
