Graduate Programme 

AVEVA is the place where talented graduates come to build their careers. At AVEVA, we’ll enable you to transfer your passion into software development, services or business excellence through our structured 18 month Graduate Development Programme. This allows you to simultaneously take on real and interesting work that will both challenge and inspire you. We offer a rotational programme which allows you to develop your skills across various departments and encourages your development. You will be offered up to 3 rotations in total across the within Sales functions such as: Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Inside (Digital) Sales. 


Job Purpose 

This position provides an opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate with a thirst for learning to develop skills to translate their background within a Global leading software organisation. We will help you understand the details of enterprise software products, their implementation as well as understanding the business processes and use cases. 

This role is for an AVEVA Sales Graduate that will be focussed on understanding Business 2 Business (B2B) sales for Enterprise Software, the propositions, processes, tools, training, and content required to develop a high performing sales team. How this gets implemented and used by AVEVA’s direct selling teams, and how we support and run our sales business to achieve results. This placement offers a comprehensive opportunity across all Enterprise selling aspects and a chance to have instant impact on the global business. 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required 

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a passion for technical sales and skills including: 
  • Excellent communication skills are imperative 
  • Creativity
  • Team Player 
  • Proven problem solver 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is crucial 
  • Full UK driving license required 
  • An IT/sales related degree or Computer Science or Computer Networking preferred.

Pay/benefit
Pay - £26,000-£28,000
Benefits are as followed but please note, the company bonus scheme is not guaranteed. 

Core Benefits:
  • Pension Scheme – Up to 10% Employer Contribution
  • Life Assurance (4 X Basic Salary) and Group Income Protection (40% salary after 3 months’ long-term sickness)
  • Company Bonus Scheme (Based on personal/company performance – Up to 10% of employee’s base salary)
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays 
  • Buy or sell up to 5 days’ annual leave per year and the option to carry over up to 5 days per year (to be taken within first quarter)
